Shipping/Receiving and Return Shipping

Due to home games at Empower Field at Mile High the week before and after the Career Fair, it is recommended that you only ship items to and from the stadium if absolutely necessary. If you need to ship items back out after the Career Fair concludes, please read the instructions below very carefully, as you will need to schedule a pick-up for 4:00pm on Friday, October 11th before the stadium implements the NFL Security Lockdown. If a pick-up is not specifically scheduled for your shipment, UPS, FedEx & USPS will not pick up your items and your shipments cannot be left at the Loading Dock over the weekend during the home game.  

If you need to ship items to the stadium, please follow these instructions:

Shipping to the Venue

·          Packages must arrive between Monday, October 7th and Wednesday, October 9th. If they arrive at the venue before Monday, October 7th, they will be subject to storage fees for which the employer will be responsible. A separate invoice will be sent after the event.

• If they arrive after 10/9, they are not guaranteed to make it to the event floor before the start of the event.

·         Empower Field has the right to deny any packages that arrive damaged or look suspect.

·     Empower Field is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

·         Include your company name on the package

·    All packages must be addressed as follows:

Schedule a pick-up

Before attending the event, schedule a pick up of your shipped items with UPS, FedEx, and USPS for 4:00pm on Friday, October 11th. They will not pick your shipment up if you do not schedule a pick-up, even if it does not prompt you to schedule one while creating your shipping label. We cannot guarantee the return of your items if you have not scheduled a pick up for this time.

After Event Return Shipping Procedures

·    Bring your pre-printed shipping label, boxes, tape, and any other supplies needed to ship.

·    Bring your shipment down to the North Loading Dock (where you entered) and drop it off at the designated location based on your shipping method by 3:30pm on 10/11/24.

·    If you cannot make the scheduled pick-up time, take your shipments to a local UPS/FedEx store.

·    Empower Field is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages left over the weekend during our home game. Packages left on the Dock over the weekend will not be picked up until at least Wednesday, October 16th.
